The Sienna Scatter Cushion embodies luxury with its reversible design—a warm rust front reminiscent of terracotta earth, and a cool grey back that mirrors aged stone. Crafted from an exceptional cotton-cashmere blend, the fabric offers a soft, sumptuous hand feel while exuding refined sophistication. The refined tie-dyed velvet with a vertical striped effect adds texture and depth, making this cushion an effortlessly elegant accent for any interior. Crafted from imported English fabric, each piece is unique due to the nature of the fabric.  Feather inners are made using ethically sourced, traceable materials.

Front: 85% Cotton, 10% Cashmere, 5% Polyester
Back: 85% Cotton, 10% Cashmere, 5% Polyester

Shipping and Returns

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We ship door-to-door in South Africa using our preferred courier partner.

  • Orders will only be shipped once full payment has been received.
  • When your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and dispatch confirmation. 
  • Shipping time is typically 5-7 working days.
  • Working days are Monday - Friday from 8 am - 5 pm, excluding public holidays.
  • Please make sure you are available to sign for your delivery.

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

    If you require international shipping please email us at info@maisonmuir.com and we can provide you with a quote and estimated delivery time for shipping.

    Customs & VAT: All international shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, VAT and other fees. These will be determined, upon arrival, by the customs officers and governing laws of the destination country.  You, as the customer, will be responsible for the payment of all the customs and VAT charges, as well as compliance with the laws and regulations of the destination country. Please contact your local customs office for more information on your order. 

    RETURNS

    All items may be returned to Maison Muir within 14 days of purchase.

    The customer shall be responsible for the cost of shipping the returned goods and must ensure goods are carefully packaged to avoid damage in transit. 

    Refunds will not be issued until the returned stock has been received and inspected.

    Maison Muir will not accept any return of goods damaged by the customer.

    All items discounted, purchased on sale or using a promotional code are final sale and cannot be returned.

    TO RETURN YOUR PURCHASE, PLEASE FOLLOW THESE STEPS:

    To return an item(s) please email us at info@maisonmuir.com stating that you would like to return your purchase. You will also need to include:

    • your order number
    • the item(s) you would like to return
    • the reason for your return

    We will then issue you with a returns note which must be included with your returning item(s). You will have 7 working days to ship the item(s) back after receiving the returns note. 

    A refund is based on the amount you paid for the item, excluding the delivery costs.
