Traditionally used to heat water for tea, this samovar is versatile enough to serve any beverage of your choice. Its built-in spigot allows for effortless pouring, and when paired with modern cups, they create a beautiful, elegant set for today’s table.

Please note: natural irregularities are part of the item's vintage character and are not considered defects.

Origin: Early to Mid 20th Century

Material: Solid Brass

Dimensions: 29cm H × 20cm W (with handle) × 13cm L | 0.7kg

Care Guide: Wipe with a soft cloth. Use high-quality brass polish to maintain shine and prevent tarnishing.

Caution: The brass samovar becomes very hot when filed with hot liquid.  Handle with care and use heat protection if needed.  Not recommended for children.

DOMESTIC ORDERS

We ship door-to-door in South Africa using our preferred courier partner.

  • Orders will only be shipped once full payment has been received.
  • When your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and dispatch confirmation. 
  • Shipping time is typically 5-7 working days.
  • Working days are Monday - Friday from 8 am - 5 pm, excluding public holidays.
  • Please make sure you are available to sign for your delivery.

    INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

    Maison Muir ships worldwide from Cape Town, South Africa. At checkout, you’ll see real-time shipping options and rates based on your region.

    Customs & VAT
    International shipments may be subject to import duties, VAT, and other taxes upon arrival in your country. These fees are set by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

    Please check with your local customs office if you’re unsure about import charges before placing your order.

    Maison Muir products are also available on eBay, with shipping calculated at checkout on those platforms.

    RETURNS

    Domestic: All items may be returned to Maison Muir within 14 days after delivery. International: All items may be returned to Maison Muir within 21 days after delivery.

    The customer shall be responsible for the cost of shipping the returned goods and must ensure goods are carefully packaged to avoid damage in transit. 

    Refunds will not be issued until the returned stock has been received and inspected.

    Maison Muir will not accept any return of goods damaged by the customer.

    All items discounted, purchased on sale or using a promotional code are final sale and cannot be returned.

    TO RETURN YOUR PURCHASE, PLEASE FOLLOW THESE STEPS:

    To return an item(s) please email us at info@maisonmuir.com stating that you would like to return your purchase. You will also need to include:

    • your order number
    • the item(s) you would like to return
    • the reason for your return

    We will then issue you with a returns note which must be included with your returning item(s). 

    A refund is based on the amount you paid for the item, excluding the delivery costs.
